should be easy enough to check server logs .. he went 30 something and 2 in about 2 minutes. Hopped off before I could get screenshot. ​

Although the stats are a bit fishy I found nothing in Pbbans and a damage mod doesn't really jump out. Even with the dynamic IP there aren't any previous bans linked to him. Lets see if he comes back and try to capture a few server screen shots of him before pulling the trigger.
