Check the kill assist extremly low and the number of kill vs number of hit which is 2.23 hit/kill with accuracy lower than 10%.

Sorry, should have probably made it clearer. He's using a damage mod. First one shot I didn't think much of, figured it was lag. Then it happened again and I decided to look up his stats.
