Hard to call with less than 100 kills with some of the higher HSK ratios. Not seeing anything on Pbbans either. You could be right or they purchased a new toy. Lets keep an eye out for this player but I've got nothing to ban for at present. Last round he was 2.49 KDR in Air Maps.

pretty amazing for someone with 35 hours of play time and look at all those accuracy ribbons

35 hours, he could of easily restarted his stats. More kills from him will determine with certainty.
