Did you actually see this person inside a wall or glitching the c4 under B? He along with the other player you mentioned have player our servers for a long time without issue that I'm aware of. He has no linked Pbbans but does have a dynamic IP from Brazil. Nothing under current or recent IPs. Both this player and the one in the other thread have plenty of normal screen shots.
