- the picture only shows the Para-Chute as you can see i was using the scope of Sniper to get his name, so you can see how high he was and on the top right on the mini-map the location of the screen shoot

Yeah I played with Nuclear before, he always appeared to be a lil TOO skillful, but then most of the players on this server are, the PBAN doesnt catch it, they know it wont, they sneer at you guys.
