Wii U has quad core 3GHz CPU, 768 MB of RAM | WiiUDaily

According to this source, some of the Wii U’s internal specs are:

Quad-Core, 3GHz 45nm PowerPC CPU — said to be “very similar” to the Xbox 360′s CPU
768MB of embedded DRAM, which is shared between the CPU and GPU
An “unknown” 40nm ATI-based GPU

The source, however, also mentions that Nintendo is supposedly testing two versions of the hardware—one with 768MB of RAM, and one with 1GB.
