Over the last 5 days I've been kicked every once in awhile for high ping/lag spike and I'm wondering if I can be added to the white list so that will stop. I understand it isn't a physical admin doing it. my ping ranges around 50-70 but it sucks when I'm having a good round and get kicked for what is probably another BF4 glitch.

I don't make it a habit, but I have uploaded YouTube videos while in the server and didn't get kicked for a lag spike/high ping so I find it really odd that I'm JUST gaming and get auto-kicked. I'm ranked #2 in the server which shows I play a lot on it.

You have to be spiking a good 15 seconds if the plugin is kicking you.

What message do you see? I will see what I can do add you in there.
 
I can't remember the exact message, I'll be sure to copy and paste it if I get it again. It says something like "ERROR admin has kicked you for high ping/lag spike"...something like that. On a related note, a guy in my squad was lagging too, and his ping is 23 at this very moment. we were in an attack chopper and he was spinning around haha and I asked him on VOIP "what are you doing" and he said he was lagging so I don't know what's going on

Yep so that server had our old and new ping kicker running at the same time. The old one is not very forgiving so in a few seconds it will kick you with that message you described. Our latest plugin gives you 30 seconds to drop your ping to our threshold ~ 210 or lower

Anyway I disabled the old plugin should not be running and added you to the whitelist for the new one.
 
Hi guys, Me and Mex always play together on the server, I don't lag usually, but I have today, is there a way you can help me out? I have a 50mbit connection, and my avg ping is in the 20's
I just hate getting kicked during peak times here in Canada :(
