Getting a lil paranoid, this morning as i was heading to the uni i noticed 3 black escalades parked infront of the apartment block, i thought, meh, must be the embassy Marine detail overpartying again. well. when i came back, i noticed something a little more... creepy...

What you see there are 2 satellite dishes, in Estonia, you do not need a satellite dish for anything, even the satellite providers don't use dishes on houses anymore.

Who the f moved in next door?
 
maybe they want to watch asian tv or something like that ?
 
light cable connections to the providers, no dishes required, tried it myself
 
this is estonia, you do not knock on someone's door without knowing them, i remember in berlin i was invited to many places, but here people are very... individual... and also very armed...
 
i walked past the U.S. Embassy with a smoking hot lady & an union jack on my bag, afterwards, she went to the russian embassy to get her visa ("class" trip)
 
Judging by the angle of the dishes they are not pointing to the sky and are more parallel to the ground I would say relay station or signal interception. Can you tell what they are pointing too? Might be a security detail setting up coms for something. Doubt if its covert or anything. They would be far more discreet if it were. Anything in the news recently about Estonia?
 
they are pointing to a second floor apartment, the opposite house. there are lots of espionage scandals going on in Estonia (FSB infiltration n stuff, mostly concerned with NATO affairs and defense forces in general
 
I'd say it's the Men in Black. Seen any strange looking creatures on the roof tops ?
