I think he's a padder at the very least and possibly a hacker as well.

Final score of round 94-6, mostly kills, little medic whoring.

He falls into that category I mentioned earlier "started playing awhile ago, just restarted,
has low play hours and super high k/d ration and leads maps consistently".

I think the hackers are harvesting old, abandoned accounts or something - but I really dont know.
(for example, his flag is australian, but I doubt his IP would show that)
