it was supposed to be here last friday and nope still not showed sitting on hold with the fuckin cable company. as they told me my modem/router combo wasnt doing some signal which is most likely why BF4 is fucked
 
Hey, I think I still have an old 48.8 one in a box somewhere if it will help you out.
 
It looks like this. Even has v92 fax capability.
