We are unable to switch teams on BF4 Lockers server. If you switch it puts you right back to the team you were on and then says unable to switch so fast. Is there a way we can get this setting removed?

Was the team already unbalanced? If you are switching to the bigger team it probably won't let you. My guess would be to wait until they are balanced.
Or it could have already been 32 out of 32. You would have to wait for one to clear out on the other side.

Or when. If it is within a set number of tickets it will not allow switching.

No it had 63 players. It happens no matter what the player count is though. Just started happening a few days ago.

Did you join on a friend? If that is the case you will not be able to switch in many instances. It's a bug that I've seen much more prevalent in the last week or so.
