is it just me or is the "register" link on the "Join/About" page leads to a random "buy this/or that crap spam site"?

You'll have to show me but both the register link on the main page and the same one showing on the about page in join about and assuming the top of every page since its a standard bulletin message. For me goes to register. Now an ad shows just above that for unregistered users not sure if that's popping up when your clicking.

Let me know but so far not seeing it.

figured it out... I had CouponDropDown crapper installed that replaces random words in text with links to sites and it just happened to replace the "register" with it's own link.

pain in the ass...
