Yes, its true. First we are dog fighting in the jet on Hammerhead so he flys into his spawn and when I shoot him he kicks me and says not in uncap....Which he flew into and I did not know it was off limits. Okay, fine... So I come back on and we battle again on Hammerhead. We are circling around the E flag (E) and I shot him down and he kicks and bans me stating uncap... Hes a jerk off cause E is capable. This was a total abuse in admin power and a general douche bag move. I don't want my ban overturned if this is the kind of representation your clan will have on your servers. I did nothing that second time to get banned.

I can assure you you're ban will not be overturned since it's clear you learned nothing from any of this. I warned everyone about attacking in the uncap in the jets, even kicked someone minutes before you for the same thing. Then I kicked you for doing it. The final straw was you following me into the uncap (not E as you said) and killing me there intentionally. I was circling in our uncap hundreds of meters behind it for almost 2 minutes giving you a chance to break off the engagement and more than enough time to know you were not above E. I honestly was hoping you would have picked up on it after you were kicked but it's pretty clear you simply want to do your own thing which you are free to do on another server.
