Ok, so I just beat The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past earlier today. I beat The Legend of Zelda (original gold cartridge) about a week ago. Also I finally beat The Adventure of Link like 2 years ago and will never, ever, ever play it again, ever. Don't get me wrong I played this in my youth and beat them before but I'm feeling kinda nostalgic and next on my list is Ocarina of Time. It got me thinking, and I'm curious what games did you grow up with? What games do you hold dear in your heart to this day that you wouldn't mind playing again? I've always loved Zelda the most, then Metroid, Mario, Castlevania, Pokemon, and the Original Diablo. I'm sure I'm missing some but those are the ones that popped up in my mind suddenly while writing this.

I loved Chrono Trigger. I finally got to finishing it now. I am a massive Donkey Kong Country Fan. I also bought myself a Gameboy Advanced SP in an attempt to finish the Zelda games I did not get to own in my youth. I still have a functional copy of Blue.

My current project is to get all the Kremcoins and DK coins on DKC2. I want to get that true ending. Then it's on to DKC3. I also want to play Earthbound. I'll probably put that on my laptop to play on layovers.

Earthbound, I really should play that again. I never really got far but Chrono Trigger OMG such a good game. I never got into the Donkey Kong Countries at all... I don't know why I didn't like them, I think cause I don't like monkeys or apes. There is no appeal for me I guess... I don't even think it's the monkey/apes. I just don't like them, but everyone praises them for amazing games. So more power to you for beast moding that game :3
 
games I would play...for SNES: Top Gear 2, Battleclash with the Super Scope

For Sega: Lethal Enforcers with the gun it came with, Super Street Fighter II Turbo

NBA Jam on the N64, Double Dragon 3 (I think that was NES) and AH-3 ThunderStrike Air Assault on PC

I was and am a fan of the cartoon series where Link would say "well excuuuuse me princess" a lot.

I think we will get along just fine.

Imagine if Nintendo had passed on the CDi. The Sony deal may not have fell through. Nintendo Playstation...
