Tell me how we have NSA offices that don't have enough bandwidth to download security patches. What kind of National Security work these days involves computers without internet. What are they left over OSS offices the CIA never took in. Are they waiting for Microsoft to encode their updates in microdots?

Were talking about an office in Hawaii getting internet speeds reserved for Antartic researchers and Sprint customers. What are they the grand children still trying to figure out if Japan is going to attack Pearl Harbor.

Any office not in Alaska that can't download updates over the course of the year should be shutdown and the staff let go. Your no good if your all liability and no work :p
