I'm a big Mad Max fan. That's the movie that started my fascination with the post-apocalyptic culture. I think the remake will be alright. Tom Hardy is a pretty good actor so he'll do well in that role.

Mad Max the original however, is a fucking classic in every sense. I didn't much care for it the first time I saw it because I was expecting something different, but I've seen it a couple more times since and it's a classic.

I'm with ya there SID , some movies shouldn't be redone . I loved Robocop , the remake sucks . To take a R rated movie classic and remake it ,drop it to PG13 just sucks.
