That's exactly what they want with a non-subscription based game.

Probably because there is nothing better out there.

It may be an unpopular opinion. I honestly don't see why everyone is screaming with the bugs. Nothing I have encountered in this game has been game-breaking.

Maybe it's just me.

Can I ask:
Does EA or Dice ever comment about this shithole franchise?
If so many people are unhappy why isn't their a lawsuit?
Which side do my nuts hang?

I loved the Bad company 1 and 2 games. as well as the vietnam addon. BF3 rubbed me wrong tho. Is BF4 about the same as far as how its played?

Worse lol.

To elaborate, there were constant issues with maps when leveloution would activate, it would knock off half the server population or crash the server.

Issues with client side hit detection.

Issues with the killcam numerous times that it along with spectator mode are useless when trying to watch players for unusual behavior.

And the recent 'discovery' of how increasing the 'tick rate' would reduce/remove the previous two issues, and how they are implementing this (if it's worth it) at the second to last expansion.

So yeah, you take your pick. Even Battlefield Vietnam (original, not the spinoff of BC2) was more playable than the current one.

If you're like me, then you have some idea of how many bullets it takes for a specific weapon to kill a person. when you can unload an entire mag of AUG rounds into someone, and they just turn around and shoot you in the face with a pistol, it get's a bit aggravating. When you spawn in a crater off of your squadmate, and you fall thru the map, it gets annoying. This stuff still happens. Not often but when I first played, it was truly aweful.

And that was at the same time certain weapons had inconsistent kill rates (shoot the first guy with 3 bullets, then the next two with just one.) And that's just to name a few.

If you like opening brief cases BF4 is the game for you. Also if you like having to unload 100 rounds into a guys chest to get a kill. This game is for you.
I could write a 300 page book about what's wrong with BF4. Could they not make BF2 with BF4 graphics? That game had a MASSIVE population for well over 6 years...

I really dont see issues with bullets more in BF4 than I did in bf2. I still remember running around just south of hotel on Karkand with the engi kit and taking 2 or 3 rounds with the 870 to drop someone 5 feet away....Same thing with people sitting in suicide seats.....or sitting in back of humvees/vodniks. Hit boxes have never been "perfected" so to speak. (I know we remember that spot on choppers near the tail/fuselage where munitions did shit, or would go through them).

There are a lot of variables involved when dealing with bullets (and those guys that turn around and shoot you after you pumped a few into them already) in this game (well since "levolution" has come out, if you think about it) anywho, back to my point. Differences/variables in: machines, framerates, FOVs, ISPs, latencies, server latency, other players latency, hit boxes (hit boxes when a character is moving or interacting anywhere NEAR some levolution objects), hit boxes when a character strafes/kneels/prone/aiming, *cough*netcode???*cough*...etc, etc. The list of "potential" variables are infinite.....More prominent in the early release of BF4...now that the game has been out for a while, and I have been focusing most of my attention to INF only server(game mode with less moving parts, shrinks that list of variables we were talking about earlier), but I have a blast! Sure I get my shit pushed in, but I also do my fare share of pissing off people with my gameplay. LEts face it.....bf1942, 2142, BF2 days are over. We are dealing with a recently new game engine (as far as BF series goes), bf4 is the newest gen of that engine....Games are evolving, thus the issues with games will be ever changing as well.

Ill close with this.....Think of one of your most bad ass, awesomest round(s) ever..[prior BF series game]...and how much "fun" that was..........Now think about all the times when you had not so good rounds, or shitty nights where you couldnt move 10 feet without getting killed, over.....and over.....and over. There has always been good times, and bad; the more bad times you have, the less "FUN" becomes of you. I dont give a fuck who makes a game, what the graphics are, if its buggy, or someone with lower(or in BF4 sakes)/higher ping than me kills me more times than not; The game works, the fun factor is just schite compared to the earlier titles in the series. DICE/EA has evolved into linear battlegrounds that force you to fight where the creators want you to(rooftops and hallways), albeit a big reason is trying to gain console bankrolls. We may never see another FPS like the first 3-5(not talking console editions) games in the BF series. It is a sad day to me, but as long as someone out there is going to make an FPS I have fun playing, I will give them my inked paper!

P.S. Battle Space Book and all these handy dandy briefcases, and experience points (and not actual "rank system") is the worst thing that has ever happened this series....
