I got perm banned on the server for typing "Why is the word Jew banned" not knowing there was an autofilter for the word. I had typed it after seeing a guy with the name "TheNewJew" get banned for having Jew in his name. I appealed, only to have an admin tell me nobody was ever actually banned for having "Jew" in their name (I saw it first hand, if it wasn't a ban he must've been kicked).
The reason the admin gave to keep me perm banned was that "Most of the time people use Jew in a derogatory way". Why the does that even matter? "Most people" can do whatever the hell they want, but I as an INDIVIDUAL never used it in a derogatory way.
