But has become to be kick on the grounds that ping is high recently

I think our ping limit is like 160ms during prime time which would be early evening here in the US. it does go higher later at night. we have this to keep servers running as smooth as possible. some of our own members get booted at times. hope this helps with what you were trying to figure out
