Top Gear

Which one? The American one which had a failure of a first season because they copied very old episodes of the UK show expecting that fans would find it entertaining? The UK one is back as well so I have to ask.

I know they tried to improve but seeing as how every show that's been imported from start to finish always follows the same pattern. When in reality you should bar your writers and staff from using material from the original shows.

American top gear can easily be some insane nutty american shit all on its own successful. Instead they only sprinkle a little on. I caught a glimpse of a newer episode the other day. Stigs redneck cousin? Its TG America why is there a distinction lol
 
Meh I will probably end up watching it anyways. Running out of shit to watch. Been watching entire series on Netflix I previously had no intention of ever watching like 30 Rock, The Office etc
 
the new one was not one of the better ones. I hope they improve, last season had a few good ones and this new season is not off to a good start by the looks of this one
 
I like both versions with the UK one taking top spot. When it's on and I'm around the tube I watch either one. What happened in this one?
 
I have been watching the US one and some UK. Some episodes are way better than others like most shows. There have been some really good driving episodes in the US show.
 
They had to find cars like they had when they were in collage and then drive them from Southern Cali to Mexico for spring break, Pick up passengers and drop them off at a casino/hotel. then a challenger to see who could hit a big blow up foot ball over the goal line. Tanner had a sports car, Adam a caddy, and Rutledge a VW van. Tanner won. Then a pinata contest where Adam thought was a demolition derby and broke Rutledges van s motor block Then they had to do something to make their cars more festive, Tanner hooked his to a para sail, Adam loaded his with fireworks and floated it in a lake and blew it up and Rutledge just decorated the front half of his van cause Adam broke his engine block during a pinata contest where Adam was just ramming instead of hitting the pinata with the stick and Rutledge only had the front half of the van left being pulled by a donkey
 
I fucking love Top Gear!!! The original of course. It's pretty much car porn. The Clarkson specials are really good too!
 
I prefer the UK version. The American one just feels watered down and the hosts don't feel as "real" as Hammond, Clarkson, and May.
