U.S. Citizenship Test

45. I guess something from that West Wing marathon must have rubbed off.

48/50!

I missed:

"THERE ARE FOUR AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION ABOUT WHO CAN VOTE. DESCRIBE ONE OF THEM."

and

"WHO WAS PRESIDENT DURING THE GREAT DEPRESSION AND WORLD WAR II?"

49, I missed the question about what is one responsibility of a US citizen, I clicked pay taxes but they were looking for jury duty. I think that is a trick question. Then again since 47% of Americans don't pay taxes, I guess I was wrong.

49/50, missed the constitutional convention one. I thought that they did the declaration at the first.

I received the same as you Mac, although I missed a different one. Nowhere in the constitution does it say for citizens to pay taxes.

That's cuz non US citizens pay taxes too.

16th Amendment gave congress the power to levy taxes, although in fairness that wasn't for a hundred years after the Constitution was originally written. It's been all down hill since then, pretty sure that's where the old "give an inch take a mile" or " slippery slope" terms came from...

Very true.
