University wifi doesn't allow BF4 to see my ping

Hi everybody, unfortunately, my school blocks whatever lets BF4 see my ping. As a result, I often get kicked for "missing ping enforcer" or something like that. I've tried opening-up PnkBstr.A and B as others suggested with no luck. Does anyone know any other fixes?
 
Some have suggested resetting your router. Failing that, only whitelisting would probably help.
 
1. Are you in a dorm?
2. What model is your router?
3. Are you using WiFi or directly connected?
4. Do you have any anti-virus software?

Yah that’s what I’ve read as well. Unfortunately I have no access to the physical router. I've got a few PM's out to people regarding whitelisting.

1. Kinda, on campus apartment
2. I have no idea as I don’t have physical access to it
3. Directly connected with Ethernet
4. Yes but I’ve tried allowing bf4 pings through it but with no luck. I believe they are blocked by the router settings.
 
@Funnysoup1 When you say directly connected, do you go through a modem? Is there a device you connect to before the wall?
 
I will have you added to the whitelist shortly.

This is now done for the servers you mentioned in your PM.
