Valve Quietly Releases Source 2 Engine

They always said 2.0 was going to be release to no fanfare and not a major change. They would one day decide okay this 1.0 insert year here release... That's 2.0
 
Looks like the editor has gotten a significant revamp. I'm not a programmer, so I can't speak to the other changes and/or adjustments in their architecture.
 
If they would make another Day of Defeat Source 2, I would take a hike from BF for sure.
