vBulletin WYSIWYG editor available to all users, Previously a missing feature

The WYSIWYG editor that lets you see your text and images as they are to appear before you post or when editing has been missing for some time. Apparently one of the updates disabled it and Bob had hit me up a long time ago about it. I misunderstood what he was talking about until today and it is now fixed. For the record it wasn't me this was before I got involved.

Anyways you have to enable it under general settings if you want it. Enjoy!
