Video Converter?

I have a few clips on my Iphone that I want to download to the forums.
I tried to do it straight from my phone and then from my computer, nothing works.
The message "error no supported source" kept popping up.
Does anyone know of a good video converter to make jpg or supported files for the forums.

Sync with itunes; host media somewhere; link/embed media on forums. Pretty certain no conversion is needed. Example:

JPG is a static image and even if you converted to Motion JPEG you can't upload videos to the forum period. Upload directly to youtube or maybe vimeo, flickr, etc then link it here. Most of the common video sites auto embed here if you upload and paste a link.
