Votekick/ Voteban is working on Gunmaster server for some reason!

This POE clan keeps trying to votekick /voteban me. the auto kick isn't working correct which I showed rails the other day with multiple people hitting over 200 ping for 15 to 30 seconds at a time. thanks for looking into this for me.
 
Votekick/voteban issue has been sorted.

Ping kicker is working...It takes MORE than 30 seconds and must be consistently hitting over the 200 mark to boot.
 
This is what we are talking about his ping keeps going over 200 all through the game and now hit 588 for over 15 sec. and another at 220

I think i have proven time after time that the ping kicker works. Can we refrain from bringing this subject up?
