Watch Dogs Review Input?

I have never played any of the GTA, Saints Row and that type of games before. Been looking at some footage of the game and it seems like it could be pretty fun. Although when I watch some of the PC Video reviews it has some issues. I am just looking for input from some who have bought the PC version and what they think about it? I absolutely love FPS games and wonder whether it is something you think I would enjoy? Does it seem to have lasting appeal?

Well, I haven't had a chance to touch the game yet. Today I am leaving work a bit early and will be taking a look. I'll record and post some footage if possible and give my feedback tonight or tomorrow.
