Top 10? Pretty tough to say, but from ~1992 on, my personal top-10 for various reasons is:

1. Duke Nukem 3D
2. Quake II
3. Total Annihilation
4. Descent: Freespace
5. Frontier: Elite II
6. Ratchet & Clank / Jak & Daxter Series (on Piss2! *gasp*)
7. Half-Life 2
8. GTA: Vice City
9. Sacrifice
10. Need For Speed 3: Hot Pursuit
