The one on the Left (Green) is Basically Just how much Throttle your giving your airplane (W or S). This seems rather weird but considering new key binds for vehicles like the dedicated break button make a bit more sense, rather than the Break/Reverse on the S key we are all use to. Also this would probably play bigger roll with those that use Joysticks.
The one on the Right (Red) however Is basically engine power, it seems if you drop below a certain RPM (say 8 or 10) your Jet Stalls or cant turn as fast.
Im sure in the future their will be some sort of guide on how to effectively combine these gauges to out turn your opponents and get the upper hand in dog fights.
