Windows 7 update issue

So i had an update yesterday (4/15/11) and ever since then I have had random moments where my entire computer freezes but then it starts again as if nothing happens. Anyone else having related problems?

me, it only happens when playing bf bc2. and after a while i gets like a hiccup where it frezzes every 2 secs.

I have an issue with Win 7 also. I can't install SP1.

Yes. When I use Firefox (which is rarely) I have that problem. I also have it while I am on FB playing Farmville, etc... It just freezes up completely for a few seconds and then breaks free. I updated my Internet Explorer to 9.0 and I can't even use it on FB. It won't display some pop-ups. I also updated my NVIDIA GTS 250 driver.
