Windows 7 vs 8.1 vs 10

I do not know if there is a post already on this but has anyone experienced better game performance between any of the windows versions? I know 10 has more security which causes high cpu usage. I am using an Intel core i5 4440 quad core andi get 80%-90% cpu usage while some people are around 40%-50% cpu usage.

There may be some gains in DX12 support but I wouldn't expect any miracles beyond that. I mean DX11 was a miracle for old DX9 games so anything is possible.

I recognize some people have issues. But on a good day there isn't much difference between 7 and 10. 8 is a different story lol. If 10 causes you major issues then fuck it stay on 7 for now but in the next few years youll probably end up on 10.

i do not have 7 but i can reinstall an non activated version of 8.1. In the past it was much faster to me and seemed more stable then 10. Has you known of any cpu usage issues between 10 and 8.1?
