So he got a response from Useless0 the guy whose job description is literally public relations. They knew, they're going to fix anything they feel was a mistake, they know. It wasn't going to happen the day after and its not going to happen tomorrow. I could have told you that and given a cash guarantee. Yeah anyone who develops any product is hurt when they see people slamming it. It seems none of the end users have a clue about what is going on and why its reality, or they do know and they don't care.

Welcome to the future of modern gaming, none of you like it now and your not going to enjoy it. Low complexity games by AAA or Indy developers will be fine, but you want something beyond that.... expect long development or a lot of issues. The only way around it is to Pull a Call of Duty and build on top of something old, ugly and proven.
 
It was the bit about playing on a server that doesn't allow the MASS Dart that got my attention. If he's a DICE pubrel guy, you'd figure his response would be a bit different. You know, rather than having admins violate TOS banning a weapon that they coded horribly.
 
Right and go for it. He may touch base with the people who actually enforce the TOS but it isn't DICE that actually does the TOS enforcement.

The TOS actually says the player is abusing the game. So a decent interpretation actually says we are allowed to enforce against the M26 Mass Dart. However I will PM you to inform you of why that probably wont happen.
