Evidence:
Was pubbing on 24/7 Karkand on RU and decided to play first two lives as infantry. Got killed by the same guy (WtfcukRU) twice and dropped instantly from 100% to 0%. Midgame he switched team and joined me in the tank as my gunner. I watched him one-shot people with the 50cal which in my experience doesn't happen. So I got suspicious, and decided to look him up after the game.

What jumped out at me were his stats on 3 guns in relation to his Hits to Kill ratio.

Best shot in the game/exceptional players are in the 5-6 Hits:Kill range and good infantry like myself are 6-7Hits:Kill. The fact that this guy is registering a 2-3Hit:Kill ratio is bullshit especially with a gun that does 20/12.5 damage (M5K). That combined with what I witnessed leads me to believe he's using a damage modifier.
