Alright waited it out and researched compatibility. Did the upgrade this morning to 1.3 Beta 2.
Here are some of the new features:
Multi Quote - Pretty obvious we had this on vB, select all the posts you want to quote and near the editor is a button to do the actual insert. You can also insert on a new thread after quoting from a previous thread.
Twitter & Google+ Integration - Joining the ability to Integrate Facebook and let users auth or sign up using these services is Twitter and G+. Fast will have to add the Facebook and there is a confirmed bug I discovered in the login bar not styling correctly it will be fixed soon. This feature is mainly for new sign ups and less about existing users.
IPv6 Support - Not worth explaining if your not familiar but IPv6 IP's are now logged and Xenforo is IPv6 ready.
Spoiler Tags & Custom BB Code - The classic spoiler BB code is now stock and we can also create custom BB codes without having to write an entire plugin. The whole Quote, Code, Spoiler etc BB codes are in this little drop down:
Exif Rotation - Uploaded photos will rotate based on the orientation data in the exif. Useful for attachments from phones etc. I saw a bug report for this under certain conditions so it might not be quite there yet.
There is a fuck ton of little shit on the back end some of it bringing it in line with what we had in vB such as logging user changes. Some goodies like checking shared IP's etc. Too much to list for someone who has been up all night and morning.
Finally a Spoiler Test:
I will get back to finally finishing the theme... and the new elements just now added such as the above tag in the next couple of days. Recent shit has yet again delayed me.
