It must be the Christmas Holidays but I ordered my parts for my computer last Thursday afternoon and they haven't even been sent yet. Their status still shows packaging. I even payed the extra to expedite the order but it was a waste of money..
 
We have two orders pending that my son did. They have been packaging since Tuesday and Thursday.
 
I ordered a bunch of shit Monday and i got eveything but the TV. It says it shipped Tuesday but the shipping status has never been updated and I paid for 3 day shipping.
 
Yeah, I ordered shit on Tuesday from them and both items arrived on Friday this week with 3 day shipping.
 
I don't think its the holidays to be honest. I order quite a bit from them and they have been extremely slow in the last few months. Don't know what is wrong, but they better get their shit together.
 
Never had issues (my stuff ships from the CA warehouse). Usually stuff arrives 2 or 3 days after it's been ordered, and that's with the free shipping :-) .

I would definitely contact customer support, because one week with rush processing is laughably unacceptable. There's probably something seriously wrong or the product is on backorder.

I too paid for the 3 day shipping. I guess I can't be too upset though. They've been good to me and I have to take in to consideration the time of year and perhaps even the weather.
 
Still, after a week I'd give them a call. No kidding, I ordered a new case on Tuesday evening and it arrived Friday Morning.

Hell being east coast its always a waste to do something like 2 day shipping or even expediting the processing. I order something and 48 hours later its here.

Yes I tried to find a contact number today and all I stumbled across thus far was the 24hr live chat and I just haven't made contact yet.
 
I just ordered a video card from NewEgg on Monday and got it this Wednesday.

Usually since there is a warehouse in North Jersey that shit only takes a day maybe 2 to get to me. For some reason the TV is shipping from Memphis, TN. I just built my computer a couple of months ago and got everything for it in 2 days with standard shipping.
