Why is it I can't join the BF3 server sometimes like right now? It shows 60 players yet there are only 2 with a whole bunch of bots showing as players. But I still can't join even with 4 slots avaiable? This happens often.

I don't know how to spectate. I remeber you could do that on Counter Strike as an option but I've never seen that done on BF3. And I don't know how to do it.
