Ping does exceed 30 with both

One will be playing and as soon as the other joins, one of them gets booted for connection issues. This issue is new and has not been happening very long. We've restarted everything and not sure what is happening.

Been having issues when joining on two separate accounts wired to the same router, was curious if this was an Issue with the TBG server itself as we are able to play different servers at the same time, but its just TBG that restricts us..
