it came with the PC I bought which was open box but the only issue with the GPU itself was the fan was defective, I replaced it and the card works as good as new.

That looks like and actual Discord error. I'm not sure why it's doing that. Uninstall it completely and try to find the folder that Discord installs to and delete that as well, then install Discord again but as an Administrator.
