score 45-0 at moment, He is in a building between Hotel and US spawn.
Hard to provide proof, but there are many witnesses.
ie: I saw it for myself ala the radar and standing in front of wall and seeing
him there on the radar.
(and in the second map too, but team is staying away from his location mostly)

next time try to spectate him and take screen shots. its easy to do. once dead deselect any spawn points and you can close the spawn window from the X in the upper right hand corner and use c or spacebar, i forget, to change players. something you should practice.

I've never successfully got that to work, but I'll certainly try your directions also.
