Hello, and sorry for making this post, but I don't know where I should go or what I should do.
I have an issue with the game, and I can't find any solution or answer.
Yesterday, I was playing fine, but after I joined a server, I couldn't join any server with players.
It doesn't matter if I try to join as a player or as a spectator. The game refuses to let me in immediately and gives me two different messages.

This happens on ANY server with players in it. If the server is empty, I can join without any issues. But as soon as even one player is in the server, I get that message.



Also, in-game, I get another type of message, again on every single server with players in it.

On PBBans, BF4DB, and Battlefield Agency, everything looks clean, so I don't know what happened. The only unusual thing is that the last server I joined was "LOST - CONQUEST CLASSICS", which said it had 70 free slots. I hadn't paid attention to that befor

You have been time banned by EA. It should be temporary. Happens if you click on the server quickly too many times at once, or server hopping too many times. Should go away on its own. On rare occasion they may ban the account permanently thinking its a bot account.

Do you know where I can find some information, or is there any way to find out when this temporary ban will expire? Every server I've tried to join gives me the same message, or this one:
"Could not join this server: party join not successful."

I could join this server " -RC1-24/7-GOLMUD-", but I don't want to get a perma ban for nothing.
