not sure that its an actual script or what to call it. buddy of mine called said he had this thing just overloading his task manager so I figured a simple uninstall of a program would be what needed I was wrong. its an .EXE file named Hsrwlcaii.exe in task manager says its ran by google chrome. hes not once had chrome and nothing in the programs is anyting suspect that shouldn't be there. he said it just started this afternoon when he came home from work. and I do believe that to be the case as he calls me with the stupidest things with "i have no video" so I ask " is ur monitor turned on" his response " oh yeah didn't hit the power" I tried searching it and found nothing im still just figuring out hardware and trying to get into software. but apparently if ya know how to do more on a car than put gas in and start it up it makes you a full blown mechanic to some. any help? at this point the only thing I can think is clean install but am hoping for other options.

Is he running any real anti-virus or spyware removal?

Well if you can find the files source folder I know a possible way you can get rid of it.

hes running CCcleaner

Thats a reg and junk cleaner. spybot search and destroy is free. Download and update and run. Remove. Then CC cleaner reg cleaner, restart, CCreg cleaner, rinse and repeat.

I also a have a managed anti-virus solution thats a handful of bucks per month and I guarantee against infection (other than intentional).
