As long as you you hit em' and quit em'. Keep a woman like that and they get severely sun damaged which makes them appear much older than they are-like 10+ years and after a while they're nothing but a leather saddlebag you wouldn't stick you finger in much less your cock.

If this is any help, we moved here from Honolulu, Hawaii. We found everywhere to be pricey but the salaries are much higher as well. Location is key, and property value and resale play a major role as well. We moved to NY and things seem to be alot cheaper. We were paying $6,500 a month for something similar to what you were looking at, but it was on the beach. When we left we got pretty much what we paid for the place so cant complain, and it is always nice to see a return on an investment. Location, Location,Location, as others have said in the posts will ultimatley determine major factors............Hope this helps
