Anyone Use Kodi For Their TV Viewing?

Damn I love Kodi! I dumped my dish package and my Netflix!

I run Kodi on my PC which is connected to my TV via HDMI cable and use the Kore app on my android phone to control Kodi - I also use Google Remote Desktop app on my phone to control my PC with my phone, sweet setup.

I setup a MyGica 1900 Android TV box for my Mom and she loves it, I prefer to run Kodi on my PC.

There seems to be a growing amount of reports where users are suddenly missing add-ons from their Kodi installation. It seems there are some factions out there that are removing each others add-on without the user approving or even knowing this. …

Has this happened to you ??

i still have netflix for the chromecast but yes i use kodi for movies and sports on the PC

I use Kodi and an OTA antenna. I save about $160 a month by getting rid of my cable.

I tried using The Beast build but it was a little too heavy for my Android box. I've been using Andy's Build V7 that I've tweaked quite a bit and it works really well. I've never had an add-on removed so I'm not sure how that's happening.

I have not had this happen! I have read about it however. I am pretty careful about what I install, I only install stuff from within the Kodi "store".
