Ethinic words & Racial slurs will not be lifted. We don't care why or with who you used it with. Only in a unique situation a ban such as this may be lifted,false positives for example. Donations for ban lift not offered

We have no record of a ban for you. Can you post a screenshot of the ban message? Could also be your Punkbuster software may need updating/reinstalling.

The message is always the same: ''banned by punkbuster'' but why it's only the TBG Clan server?

Once again, please post a screen shot of the message when you are banned. It might give us the details like date or reason to help us research more effectively. Several have looked at our systems and haven't been able to come up with anything linked to your current name.
