Army says no to more tanks, but Congress insists

You know this is a political move. Dumbasses in Congress with their heads up their asses again.
 
Great, 437 million dollars down the drain on a weapon system that is rarely used anymore. Like Lex said, there is plenty of other programs the Army could have used that money for.

Kind of like the Navy money funnel of doom I mean the LCS program, or that worthless F-35 JSF which still does not work a few billion dollars later.

Oh I love the tank in most respects (not the turbine engine), just would rather have seen 1/2 go towards helping our brothers who are coming back deal with stuff, or even the new upgrades for MRAPs or the new lighter version that are made specifically for the shithole known as Afghanistan.
 
I agree with Lex as well. I can't stand civis that think they know more than the people who actually put on the uniform day in and day out.
