So it would see that a problem that was solved in Windows 7 is back with Windows 8. The ATI Catalyst Control Center likes to crash and recover. At least on Win 8 it actually recovers. Back when I had this problem on 7, it would just crash and make me have to reset the computer by flipping the PSU switch. Anyway, anyone else running into this problem? It doesn't happen very often, I've only gotten it 2 or 3 times so far.

I dislike ATI-s so bad that i don't even let anyone use my wifi before swearing allegiance to Nvidia...

I have no allegiance to either. I went with what I could... my next build might be Intel and nVidia I dunno...
