For bf3. The auto balance kills you while playing and sometimes will do it while the other team is full and put you back on the same team.

Is there a way to at least wait till you die?
 
A head admin will check out the autobalance and see if any settings are fishy. Don't know if excluding alive people is possible though.
 
Unfortunately the BF3 autobalance has always functioned this way. It's a shitty flaw but short of removing auto-balance there's nothing we can do about it. I don't believe there is a setting for the autobalance plugin that would stop this.
 
When you guys ran your two air maps in the past, AK and the old vanilla maps. It never killed you during game play. The auto balance would wait till you die. Now it will kill off your whole squad while you are alive and try to switch you too a FULL team. Since the team is full it fails on that attempt.

It just kills the fun when you play the objective to win the game and while you are playing to win.. It will kill you off and try to or switch you.
 
probably because we were using last join player option (always targets last person to join the server). I've enable that feature in bf3 once again until we see any complaints for this change.
 
Another tip, join a bigger squad. It won't touch u then
