Tin snips according to their story and those plates don't cut quite like tin so somewhere in between.

Don't cut like tin? Orly? It might have to do something with the fact they're probably steel or some kind of alloy... I mean, is this really a surprise? Has anyone ever tried to even bend one of those brackets? I can tell you they're pretty resilient

BTW LOL at the "mod" xD ... they should "mod" a paper funnel with a box fan attached to it held together by duct tape to finish the look...
