It's interesting to see so many people wearing 12 in WA State....so many fans of football that didn't care but now I see it on clothes, on trucks, on sweaters, haha I just reflect on years ago when football and Seattle was a joke. I guess basketball and WA State was a joke for awhile until Gary Payton, Shawn Kemp, and others like Detlef Shrempf came along. George Karl, the coach was traded to another team and that also contributed to the fall of the franchise. Maybe one day Seattle will get a basketball team but I'm not stressing to see it happen. If I remember correctly Gary Payton wants his jersey retired in Seattle, and has been open about that, as a result he has yet to have his hersey retired.
