It is.. he voice acts as well as on screen... its been an increasing item in video games as of late to model their characters after their voice actors... Take Fall Out New Vegas. One of the characters is voice by Felicia Day and looks like her too.. Funny that IMDB doesn't have him listed.. but does have him listed as "Overlord" for MW3
